Motor Trend OnDemand Lands Top UK Automotive Talent, Announces New Show to Be Introduced and Shot at the Goodwood Festival of Speed

TEN: The Enthusiast Network’s Motor Trend OnDemand is making moves on the talent front, landing two of the UK’s best known, well-respected automotive journalist and presenters to host a new show and existing franchises for the world’s biggest automotive SVOD service.

Motor Trend OnDemand will also be introducing and shooting the opening of the first episode of its newest exclusive show, Forbidden Drives, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Forbidden Drives was created for those who want what they can’t have. While MOTOR TREND drives and tests countless cars each year, there are always a precious few that, for various reasons, never get sold everywhere around the world, modern-day legends, automotive cars that remain tantalizingly out of reach for many buyers and enthusiasts.

On the newest exclusive addition to MTOD’s innovative programming line-up, hosts Tiff Needell and Jonny Smith travel the world to track down and drive these four-wheel rarities to decide which cars are truly worthy of their unattainable status. Tiff and Jonny will kick off Forbidden Drives filming at the Goodwood Festival of Speed starting June Friday 30th, where they will introduce the new series and then embark on a search for the greatest high-horsepower Euro estate. The show will launch on Motor Trend OnDemand in Fall 2017.
